Supervisor Lead Applicator Technician

Principal Duties:

1 Supervises, coordinates, provides leadership, and directs activities of labor crew.
2 Assist Project Engineer in developing a work schedule and assign task to crew.
Executes daily work operations.
3 Ensures tools and equipment are maintained in a safe and proper working condition.
4 Ensure that a project is safely and adequately stagged.
5 Performs duties on assigned jobs that may include, but are not limited to:
a. Reviewing contract documents and requirements.
b. Communicates and update project schedules.
c. Maintain progress of active projects.
d. Ensure that the project is staying on budget.
e. Attend and conduct required project meetings and safety meeting.
f. Serves as on-site contact for General Contractors and/or Customers
g. Coordinates equipment delivery and pick up to/from job sites
6 Develops and maintains good working relationship with External Customers.
7 Ensures employees are properly trained and competent to perform their duties.
8 Enforces company policies and guidelines.
9 Prepares reports as required for the project to include, but not limited to time sheets,
work activity reports.
10 Maintains a clean and safe environment for all workers
11 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks and results as needed.
12 Performs other duties as assigned.
13 Maintains technical knowledge by attending education workshops and reviewing
technical publications.

Principal Requirements:

1 2 years Construction Supervisory experience within the construction field or minimum
of 4 years Foreman or Lead experience within the construction field.
2 Working knowledge of MS Outlook applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Publisher, Visio, and Email; aptitude to learn in-house systems; keyboarding skills
sufficient to complete daily tasks in a timely manner.
3 Working knowledge of the pavement maintenance and protective coating industry and
processes.
4 Ability to perform quality checks on construction equipment.
5 Ability to organize a work schedule.
6 Ability to negotiate and to interpret blueprints.
7 Valid driver's license and favorable traffic abstract.
8 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
