Summer Intern

Position Overview:

Intern will support Jr. Project Engineer/Project Manager with all administrative duties and responsibilities related to project management.

Essential Duties:

Support administrative and project activities as assigned by supervisor.

Assist in the review of contract documents and requirements.

Assist with planning and scheduling of jobs to include labor, equipment and materials.

Maintain and update project databases.

Communicate and coordinate activities with contractors, subcontractors and vendors.

Help facilitate ordering and delivery of equipment and materials for projects.

Track costs and data for profitability and forecasting.

Assist and collaborate with accounting for timely project billing and payment.

Assist with project correspondence such as RFIs, schedules, proposals and daily reports.

Promote awareness of and follows Company and general safety policies.

Exhibit a core understanding of mutual respect and good customer service orientation in interactions with all people in the workplace.

Working Conditions:

Work Hours: Work hours vary Sunday thru Saturday, with hours based on operational needs.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

Valid work permit

Eligible to work in the United States

Demonstrate a passion for the industry.

Related studies and experience are preferred.
