POSITION TITLE: HMA Plants Parts Runner
COMPANY: Grace Pacific, LLC.
LOCATION: Kalaeloa
REPORTS TO: AC Plant Operations Manager
STATUS: Non-Exempt
WORK SCHEDULE: Mon - Fri 7:00AM to 3:00PM

PRINCIPAL DUTIES
1. Receives instructions from dispatcher and plans transport route.
2. Assists with parts ordering and purchase order files and documentation.
3. Coordinates deliveries to Oahu HMA Plants and tracks the movement of equipment and parts from vendors.
4. Picks up and/or receives parts/supplies from vendors and delivers to mechanics or shop inventory as instructed.
5. Helps facilitate receipt of deliveries at the HMA plants and may need to operate forklift to load/unload items. Sort deliveries and put into designated storage areas. Keep storage areas, parts containers, and shelves clean and organized.
6. Maintains accurate inventory schedules for management as requested. Give BOLs, delivery tags, or other relevant paperwork to staff as directed.
7. Maintains assigned pool company vehicle in a clean and orderly manner.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
9. Promotes awareness of and follows Company and general safety policies.
10. Exhibits a core understanding of mutual respect and good customer service orientation in interactions with all people in the workplace.
11. Consistent attendance is required. Must be able to manage time efficiently with limited supervision.

PRINCIPAL REQUIREMENTS
1. High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
2. 2 years related experience in an industrial repair shop or automotive/equipment repair setting preferred. Experience with parts inventory highly preferred.
3. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, Email. Adaptable to in-house software. Keyboarding skills sufficient to complete tasks in a timely manner. Uses basic math functions to perform daily tasks.
4. Must be able to read and understand equipment requirements and specifications.
5. Valid Hawaii Driver's License and Favorable Traffic Abstract Required. Forklift certification preferred.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure effective internal and external communications.
7. Able to lift 50 lbs. – 60 lbs. regularly.
